HorseGPT Pro is a subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID. Apple handles all payments — we never see your payment details. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name / Apple ID] → Subscriptions, select HorseGPT, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Free riders get a limited number of messages per week. Weekly message limits reset every Monday. Pro subscribers get a much larger allowance — enough for a full week of galloping conversation.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for your HorseGPT purchase.
Your chat history lives only on your device. If you delete the app, your conversations go with it. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
